Return + Recalibration Protocol
The 30-Day Sanctuary Guarantee
At Loomi™, our objective is to provide high-performance hardware for your personal sanctuary. If a component of your system does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day Recalibration Window.
Cancellation Protocol
Modifications or cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this window, your system has likely entered the Processing Sync, and we may be unable to intercept the dispatch. Cancellations within the 24-hour window will be processed within 10 business days.
Recalibration + Return Standards We accept returns on unused items in their original, clinical-grade packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through misuse.

Restocking: Non-approved returns or items sent back outside the 30-day window may be subject to a Restocking Fee of up to 25%.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your System Order Number.

Approval: All returns must be authorized by Loomi Operations before shipping.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened state.

Logistics: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of verified transit damage). Original shipping fees are non-reimbursable.
Inspection + Processing
Upon arrival at our facility, items undergo a Clinical Quality Audit (up to 10 business days). Once cleared, please allow up to 40 business days for your financial institution to finalize the refund. All transactions are processed in $USD; Loomi is not responsible for foreign currency exchange fluctuations.
Damaged Components
A component is considered "Damaged" if there is a physical break or functional defect. Cosmetic damage to outer shipping boxes does not constitute a product defect.

Reporting: Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Verified damaged items are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

Loomi is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, courier logistics, or lost/stolen packages after a successful Transit-Sync dispatch. Please contact the courier directly for delivery disputes.
